I missed my appointment today because I couldn't log in when I finally logged in I had missed it ! no problem I'll pay my bill. Today you just lost a patient because of one person mela or mala what ever her name is . This person needs to know how to communicate with other adults . This woman needs to be held to some standard. I grew up in the streets and had a rough life and have gained great health with Dr Khan . That being said I will not let anyone speak down to me like she did today . The old me would've enjoyed to the fullest her attitude sucks but I'm a better man today because of Dr Khan service . Today I'll start looking for a new doctor and hopefully this doctor has a better office staff anything is better than mama mala or mela . Thank you to doctor Khan for all you have done for me THANK YOU SIR . As for mela I'm glad I'm in a better place today with health and God in my life . Nobody should have to be talked to like a child when contacting the doctor office . I guess Monday suck for mela . seriously I hope you fix her . Also I will be leaving this same statement on Google review adios mela. Time to find a new home .

I have been a patient at this practice for two years and have always had a wonderful experience with my provider and with Mala, who was incredibly professional and caring when I first started. However, after a brief hiatus due to an insurance change, I am shocked at how the office culture has declined. I called on January 5th to update my info and was told by Maria there were no openings but that she would notify me of any cancellations. When I followed up on the 20th, Maria was extremely dismissive and acted as if we had never spoken. She then falsely claimed I had canceled an appointment on the 2nd—an appointment I never scheduled—and told me I’d have been seen sooner if I’d kept it. To make matters worse, when I asked if I could speak to Mala she claimed that she was listening to the entire call as a way to intimidate me, then hung up on me when I couldn't immediately commit to a time that conflicted with my work schedule. It is heartbreaking to see a practice I trusted treat long-term patients with such hostility. I hope management addresses Maria's conduct, as patients deserves better."

This is a great place. The office manager, Mala is kind and helpful. She is efficient and really goes out of her way to help to make scheduling and visits meet your needs. The therapist and doctor are kind. This is just the place I needed.

RUN, DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE. My husband called and was told his Dr was in network. We paid for two visits, and when our insurance came back, it showed our Dr suddenly is not in network. We then called our insurance for a review and the OFFICE person “Chrissy” assured us he is. After two more appointments, suddenly “they never told us he’s in network.” WHAT!?! Are you serious? This office is an absolute joke and a money grab that takes advantage of people at the worst time of their lives. They will be reported to the state for their actions and misleading statements. This isn’t right and no one deserves this as they navigate their behavioral health.

The psychiatrist and therapist that I have at this location have treated me very well! However, the woman who is in charge or the front desk/taking phone calls (NOT MARIA, Maria is amazing and has always been an amazing help) is outrageously disrespectful and unhelpful. I was talked over, interrupted, and been given attitude when I asked if there were any solutions to my problem after she kept talking over me. She lied to me and hung up on me before I could get another word in. Highly combative and not someone I would ever want to represent my workplace. This happened Friday (8/16), she did not provide me with her name more than likely because she knows that her service is horrible. If behavioral health was smart, they would reconsider such a rude individual to be manning such an important tole such as their front desk/reception area.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Doctors are pretty good here, but receptionists can be rude/unprofessional, but are mainly clueless and seem to not know what they are doing. Had my prescriptions stolen for the first time and I have been going to this office for almost 10 years. Called in explainined what happened the receptionist told me to get a police report and come in. Which I did by it ended up the doctor left 10 mins before I got there 40 minute drive to the office. They told me to come b ack Thursday at 2PM which I did. I get there and they only have one script ready instead of the 3. Their reason was because they thought I had just my prescription paper taken even though I explained it was filled prescription taken. Waited in the waiting room for an hour. I finally takes to them and said they could only get 2 of my of my scripts filled, because was one was supposedly written by a different doctor in the office. Again been there 10 years I only see 1 doctor so no other doctors have ever written me s Prescription. Then they charged me $75 to rewrite the script total scam. They need new staff and mangers in there. I will bring this up with my doctor next time. Because la

Dr Hirsch is wonderful and the office staff is very nice, however the office manager is horrendous! So rude and mean to staff and patients. All she is concerned with is getting money from you. She literally told me that if my insurance didnt pay that she would be coming after me! I was mortified when she said this. She has also called me a liar too. I only go there because my son and I love Dr. Hirsch and his secretary El and we feel that he is the best fit for my son. We just hope for the best when we go there.

While the doctor I saw seems quite competent, this office looks at people like dollar signs rather than patients. I tried to pay the most I could and I was told I could not be seen on my first follow up after being prescribed a new medication and I was told verbatim that the four days prescription I was given "should hold me over until I can come up with the money". Notwithstanding the charges on the EOB I received from my insurance company that the stone-faced front desk staff were unable or unwilling to explain considering I had only visited the office once for a new patient consultation. While these doctors are competent and qualified, I cannot in good conscience give a positive rating to a firm that obviously values profits over patients.
